Ellen and her team at FirstLight Home Care continue to provide outstanding care to our elderly mom in the comfort of her own home. Because of their fantastic carefree (for the last 6 months), our mom is able to remain in the place that … More she wants to call home, which is where she has lived for 25 years! Ellen helps us with reliable, 7 day per week oversight that assures us that the proper medicines have been taken, eye drops given and compression socks are in place. We also have documentation of daily blood pressure, and that information is sent to me daily so that I can easily follow it. Our mom is healthier now, more stable, and we have the reassurance from daily visits and information updates every day of the week. We couldn't ask for more! Ellen and her team at First Light Home Care are Highly recommended! 5 stars for sure!!!!! -

She diagnosis our problems, dispatch capable caregivers , she also check the safety of our house, especially the bathroom, she also check our diet, make … More good suggestions. Firstlight has been providing caregivers to us since June of this year, when my husband was discharged from a health facility. He has Parkinson's and limited mobility. The caregivers have all been very good, conscientious, on time, … More respectful and clean. He has had one caregiver for the past 3 months, Donny, who is quite knowledgeable, and helps him with speech and mobility exercises, in addition to providing personal care. The owners manage the business very well, and are responsive. -

She very carefully listened … More to our needs, and thoroughly explained to us how aging seniors could get helps from FistLight caregivers with happiness, compassions and peace of mind.
FirstLight always put elderly’s health, safety and their livelihood as the highest priority in their agendas. They kindly arranged installing grab bars in our baths and stairway, buying back braces and other resources to safe guard the elderly’s. Even helping us to buy or rent hospital beds as needed.
Hannah and Ja-Mei were both very kind and diligent caregivers from FirstLight. My wife is very grateful to have them helping in her recovery. As my wife and I both getting older, we feel more secured and comfortable with helps from FirstLight. We definitely recommend FirstLight Home Care Service in Mission Viejo to our senior friends.
