Satisfaction scores are based on monthly client feedback. Individual FirstLight offices are eligible to qualify for Best of Home Care awards based on scores from clients in areas such as quality of care, responsiveness and overall satisfaction. To qualify, an office must have a minimum of 10 clients. Home Care Pulse solicits feedback after a client has had service for 30 days. To ensure fresh, relevant feedback, each client will be surveyed no more than once every six months.
