From coordinating airport transportation and logistics of getting her — and her luggage — from inside her home, to the car, to the airport, to the ticket counter — and then the reverse, helping her from baggage claim to a safe and convivial return home despite unexpected hiccups, their team handled every detail calmly and competently, and with great warmth and care.
What stood out most wasn’t just the logistics—it was the human touch. Olivia provided not only capable, timely assistance but warm companionship that put my mother at ease right away. On a later return, Nel went above and beyond when unforeseen challenges arose, navigating issues completely outside her control and ensuring my mom was safely settled at home.

Frankie is a miracle worker. This Monday I started a process at my day job to approve caregiving support for my father this week. Taylor gave exceptional service while trying to arrange last minute care for my grandmother (during the holiday season). She even came to the hospital on a Sunday to speak with us, and worked with hospice to arrange a smooth transition home. She was attentive to our needs and discussed options we had.

Taylor is the coordinator I met the first day and she has been very kind, compassionate and helpful. Anytime I have a question she has always answered me. Not ever pushed me away or saying “here’s a number to call”. I appreciate her being there for me.
Ms. Virginia, Olivia, Jennifer,Marsha and Taquina are my primary caregivers and having a very scary sounding German shepherd they have all warmed up to her. Not everyone is dog people yet they come to my home and take care of me and my babies 7 days a week 8 hours a day. We have shared stories, laughed, cried together. They have become part of my family.
Leswania is so helpful answering emails or calling me with schedules changes

I recently had the pleasure of working with FirstLight Home Care. My initial contact was with Ms. Taylor Remster the Community Liaison representative. She did a great job explaining the services FirstLight could provide for a close relative. She immediately provided me (within 24 hours) a Health Care Professional who was able to help and provided great relief and a peace of mind! Over the next several weeks we have other staff from FirstLight who provided equally outstanding service! Ms Remster even called me on Sunday to help!
