Our caregiver Kennetha is great. She is kind and matter of fact with my husband’s care. They play games and talk and give me a little break from being on call for a couple hours.
The entire staff at First Light Homecare treated myself and my mother with courtesy, kindness and care. The caregivers assigned to my mother were all caring and efficient. The office staff and Michelle were all courteous and very flexible when we had to change the schedule. They went out of their way to make sure that my mother had the care she needed. I recommend them to anyone who needs care.
We have been with First Light for a number of years. My wife’s disability has left her pretty much bed bound. The caregiver/aide/housekeeper/ friend has been a lifesaver. She is prompt, very thorough and is always very cognizant of my wife’s needs. Also, she is an excellent housekeeper and folds clothes with military precision including fitted sheets (laugh). The office staff is also very responsive which is an additional plus for us. I would not hesitate to recommend First Light to anyone.
Michelle, Candace, Melva and Iris I have spoken to all of these wonderful ladies and they have been so caring and understanding ! A big shout out to my caregiver Sophie! She has been AMAZING! She is sweet and understanding! She goes above and beyond the call of duty! I have big issues with depression, and she has helped my depression quite a bit and I would be crying and upset, and she calms me down!!! Big thank you Sophie!!! First Light has been a God send to me. I’ve had numerous surgeries and am unable to do light housework. Our helper is like part of our family. She does a remarkable job with cleaning and anything extra that we require. We are so happy with their services. I don’t know how I would get by without First Light and Sophia.
I have received great service from everyone in the office and great service from the provider who I have had consistently for at least 3 years continuously. I wouldn’t want to receive services from any other company or provider.
