Every caregiver we encountered was kind, attentive, and respectful, always going above and beyond to ensure my mother felt comfortable, safe, and valued. The communication was excellent, and it was clear that they truly care about the families they serve.
Especially Jonathan, who made an incredible impact on my mother’s daily life. His patience, warmth, and attentiveness were truly exceptional. He treated my mother with dignity and kindness, taking the time to engage with her, listen to her, and ensure her needs were always met. It was evident that he genuinely cared, and that level of compassion made all the difference.
Because of Jonathan and the entire team, my mother was able to maintain her comfort and quality of life. I am deeply grateful for the dedication and heart they bring to their work. Our caregiver Kennetha is great. She is kind and matter of fact with my husband's care. They play games and talk and give me a little break from being on call for a couple hours. -
The entire staff at First Light Homecare treated myself and my mother with courtesy, kindness and care. The caregivers assigned to my mother were all caring and efficient. The office staff and Michelle were all courteous and very flexible … More when we had to change the schedule. They went out of their way to make sure that my mother had the care she needed. We have been with First Light for a number of years. My wife's disability has left her pretty much bed bound. The caregiver/aide/housekeeper/ friend has been a lifesaver. She is prompt, very thorough and is always very cognizant of … More my wife's needs. Also, she is an excellent housekeeper and folds clothes with military precision including fitted sheets (laugh). The office staff is also very responsive which is an additional plus for us. I would not hesitate to recommend First Light to anyone. -
Michelle, Candace, Melva and Iris I have spoken to all of these wonderful ladies and they have been so caring and understanding ! A big shout out to my caregiver Sophie! She has been AMAZING! She is sweet and understanding! She goes above … More and beyond the call of duty! I have big issues with depression, and she has helped my depression quite a bit and I would be crying and upset, and she calms me down!!! Big thank you Sophie!!! People are very caring and timely. I'm not sure about the cost as I am a disabled veteran and VA is giving me some hours -
I have received great service from everyone in the office and great service from the provider who I have had consistently for at least 3 years continuously. I wouldn't want to receive services from any other company or provider. -
