Donna Willis, Owner
Donna’s journey to FirstLight Home Care began in 1995 with an interior design business in Southern California. Serving clients personal space in their homes and managing entire builds from the ground floor allowed her to build lasting relationships. This motivated her to make unparalleled service her goal at FirstLight Home Care. FirstLight’s approach to exceptional service begins with their culture of care and 7-touch point standard for all our clients. Donna’s business was founded on providing exceptional customer service and having a sense of compassion for caring for others, paved the way into a owning a home care business. Donna had her own personal experience with home care when her father was diagnosed with cancer and her mother needed extra care. She utilized respite care services while taking care of her parents and saw just how special a caregiver was in the life of those that needed the extra help. From her own personal experiences, and her love of building lasting relationships and serving others, owning a FirstLight Home Care agency was a natural fit.
Outside of work Donna enjoys traveling and experiencing new places and cuisines. She also loves spending time with her husband Alex, and son Chad, who recently finished his five-year service in the U.S. Navy.
