As his health condition rapidly declined we asked for 24 hour 7 day per week care and First Light responded … More very quickly by adding additional care givers to meet the demand. The caregivers were amazing. They bonded with my Dad who could often be difficult to manage and provided high quality care all the way through his time in hospice. I highly recommend this company. Their people, from the owner, to the admin staff, and caregivers are fantastic. -

We called Donna and a weekend in a panic suddenly needing care for a family member. She responded very quickly, helped us figure out with kind of care was needed, and got … More us help in just a few days.
The care takers were all kind and compassionate. We reached out with concerns about one of the helpers and they received immediate extra training from Donna. We appreciate how responsive and communicative they were throughout the process.
Our helpers gave assistance with walking, cooking, cleaning, medication and hydration reminders, showering and more. (Note: they do not do pet care or administer medication).
Our situation changed rapidly and the team responded quickly and kindly to our new needs. Even when it meant we were moving off their services. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out to me.
Oh ya, and they also handle reimbursement paperwork for insurance which was a huge reliefs

Donna and her staff are fantastic. I had to leave town and the other home care company I use could not find any additional help for my 94 year old mother. Donna provided a perfect care giver match on short notice to handle weekend shifts … More for five weeks. Donna was available at all hours to help with questions and to make sure everything went smoothly. Of all the care giver companies I have used since 2012, First Light has been the best experience and is at the top of my list. -

We were very pleased with the companion care that our aunt received during some recent health issues. The caregiver was friendly, engaged in conversation, and tidied the apartment. It was easy to set up the care. Definitely recommend. -
When we decided to get extra care for our mom we decided on FirstLight to fill that need. They knew exactly which caregiver would be a good fit for her and they were so right!! My mom (who was very hard to please) fell in love with Jeanie … More right away. She was very compassionate, helpful, and caring!! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help with our mom. Owners Kari and Donna were beyond accommodating and so empathetic. My mom's care givers treated her as though she was their mom. I couldn't have asked for better caregivers. My moms health has improved so that we do not need care … More anymore. I will definitely be using First Light's services again as my moms health declined. -
