Shahroze, a graduate of the University of North Texas with a degree in finance and accounting worked as an appraiser for Dallas District Appraisal for nine years. Deeply God-driven and family-oriented, he has always been passionate about helping others. His caregiving experience includes caring for his father, who battled multiple myeloma and later transitioned to hospice care, as well as for his grandmother, who suffered from dementia and a stroke. Shahroze also actively supports his church community in Garland, Texas, extending his heart for service beyond his family.
Snow, a graduate of Southern Methodist University with degrees in biology and math, earned her physician assistant degree from Bethel University. She currently works as a neurosurgery physician assistant at Texas Neurosurgery in Dallas. Before pursuing her medical career, Snow worked as a caregiver for spinal cord injury patients, which gave her a deep understanding of personal care. She also cared for her grandmother, who was on dialysis before transitioning to hospice. Motivated by their shared caregiving experiences and a strong desire to help others, Shahroze and Snow joined FirstLight Home Care. They are honored to be part of a franchise that values compassion, empathy, and the well-being of every individual they serve—principles that align with their own beliefs and life experiences.
