Alex Hoff, Community Relations & Senior Care Specialist
Alex Hoff serves as a Community Partnerships and Care Navigation leader at FirstLight Home Care, where he focuses on helping seniors and families navigate care decisions with compassion, professionalism, and personalized support. With a strong background in senior living, hospitality, and relationship management, Alec brings extensive experience building trusted partnerships throughout the Metro Atlanta senior care community.
Prior to joining FirstLight Home Care, Alex served as Community Relations Director for The Holbrook of Decatur, where he played a key role in increasing occupancy from 77% to 97% through strategic outreach, consultative guidance, and relationship-driven sales leadership. His ability to connect families with the right solutions earned him the organization’s Overall Achievement Award for exceptional performance.
Alex also previously served as a Sales Manager with Jewish HomeLife, where he developed referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, care managers, and community organizations while supporting families during challenging transitions throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Known for his approachable demeanor and strong communication skills, Alex specializes in building meaningful relationships with seniors, families, hospitals, home health providers, hospice organizations, and referral partners across Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Dunwoody, Brookhaven, East Cobb, and the greater Atlanta area.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Corporate and Organizational Communication from the College of Charleston and remains passionate about helping older adults maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life at home.
Sonita Dickerson, BSN, RN
Sonita Dickerson, BSN, RN, is a compassionate Registered Nurse and care professional serving families throughout the Metro Atlanta area with a strong focus on personalized in-home care, clinical oversight, and aging-in-place support. With experience spanning hospital critical care, home health assessments, dementia support, and concierge nursing services, Sonita brings both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every client interaction.
At FirstLight Home Care, Sonita helps ensure clients and families receive thoughtful, high-quality care tailored to their individual needs. Her background includes conducting in-home nursing assessments, supervisory visits, caregiver oversight, chronic disease support, and patient education while helping families safely navigate care at home.
Prior to joining FirstLight Home Care, Sonita founded Nursegivers™, a concierge nursing service supporting seniors and families across Metro Atlanta through private-duty nursing assessments, care coordination, and quality assurance. She also served as a Home Health Intake and Clinical Liaison with Kadan Homecare, where she specialized in identifying safety risks, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Sonita’s clinical foundation was built in the Neuro ICU and Neuro Intermediate Care Unit at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, where she developed advanced assessment, critical-thinking, and patient advocacy skills in high-acuity settings.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University and holds a Georgia Compact RN License, BLS Certification, and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) credential. Sonita is passionate about helping seniors maintain dignity, safety, independence, and quality of life while receiving care in the comfort of home.
Lindsay Early, RN
Lindsay Early, RN, is a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse dedicated to helping seniors and families navigate healthcare with dignity, comfort, and personalized support. At FirstLight Home Care, Lindsay brings extensive expertise in hospice care, home health, care coordination, patient advocacy, and family education throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
With clinical experience spanning hospice, oncology, medical-surgical nursing, and private-duty home care, Lindsay has developed a strong reputation for providing thoughtful, patient-centered care during some of life’s most sensitive transitions. She specializes in comprehensive nursing assessments, individualized care planning, symptom management, caregiver education, fall prevention, chronic condition support, and end-of-life care coordination.
Prior to joining FirstLight Home Care, Lindsay served as an RN Case Manager with Brighton Hospice, Gentiva Hospice, and Ennoble Care of Georgia Hospice, where she coordinated interdisciplinary care plans and supported patients and families with compassion, communication, and clinical excellence. Her experience also includes serving as an RN/Client Liaison with Kadan Home Care and working in oncology and hospice medical-surgical care at Piedmont Hospital.
Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emory University and is passionate about helping older adults maintain safety, independence, and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of home. Beyond nursing, she is deeply involved in community outreach and volunteer work supporting vulnerable populations across Atlanta.
