From the beginning with Kayla and Alexandra the service First Light provides has been excellent. Kayla is the office manager and she is so knowledgeable. Alexandra mans the phone and always is eager to help. Scot takes care of billing and does a great job. He is very willing to work with you and is friendly and still professional. Alicia has been assigned to me and I couldn’t be happier. She is absolutely the best. She comes and leaves with a smile. She is also flexible, a willing worker and just plain wonderful.
