Step 2: Click “Start Assessment” in the COVID-19 TESTING box in the top left, and schedule an appointment for your test. (make sure to select healthcare worker for occupation)

Step 3: Print out or email a waiver, and make sure to keep track of it, as you will need it for your appointment.
