We had 3 amazing caregivers from FLHC who were kind and patient. They all went far beyond what we could imagine. They even came to doctor appointments, and made my parent’s bed!! I was at a crossroads with my mom, who has dementia, and really needed some extra hands. My main goal is to keep her at home in the place she knows. I started searching for caregivers and came across First Light. I made the call and spoke with one wonderful person after another, they answered all my questions and set up a time for an in home visit to see what we could do to help my mom. When I was exhausted they stepped in; from the initial phone call, to the visiting nurse, to scheduling wonderful caregivers, they have taken care of my mom like she’s the only client they have. Thank you First Light for giving me the peace of mind knowing my mom is in good hands all day when I can’t be there.

FirstLight Hone Care is an amazing place. They are friendly, knowledgeable and do all they can to help you no matter what time of day or night. They listen to what you need and make it happen. First light gives you a sense of peace when you are going through a hard time and feeling overwhelmed.
I have been working for this company now for 6 months and as a college student I have found working here to be the perfect job! They have such a flexible scheduling system and it is all based on your availability. It is also not your typical 9-5 job you have shifts ranging from 1-12hrs. Again all based on what your capable of picking up. The management is also very kind and understanding. This job has truly been a blessing, a great place to learn, and grow as a future healthcare professional.
All of the caregivers that we used were excellent. Each one was efficient, compassionate, , understanding, and knowledgeable. My father is not easy to please and he was happy with all of your staff and that is quite a testimony!
