After ironing out some minor start-up issues, we’ve settled into a schedule and are quite happy. Mayelis takes excellent care of my husband. I can’t say that enough! I often feel like she’s gone above and beyond, but she just shrugs it off. She’s kind and caring and has made us feel comfortable about having a caregiver.
We also appreciate the scheduling flexibility. Doctor, and other, appointments often conflict with our regular schedule. When I call with a list of changes, Sarah handles them quickly and efficiently.

I am very pleased with my service from FirstLight Home Care. Sarah Nardone has done a great job with scheduling my hours to fit my needs. Heather Sapp, my wife’s care giver, has done an awesome job caring for her. They both have went above and beyond for me and my wife.
I’m so glad we found FirstLight and especially Sandra, my moms caregiver. Before her, people came and went and some just sat around on their phones or just didn’t show up. Sandra is always dependable! She takes care of the chores, talks with Mom to keep her company, makes her lunch and is always cheerful and kind. Thank God for Sandra!

FirstLight Home Care of Wesley Chapel was amazing to work with. Mark, the owner, spent an hour with me initially finding out what type of care we needed for our mom. His office staff and caregivers are professional. Regina was my mom’s favorite caregiver. She was such a blessing for our family. She kept my mom organized, took her to doctor appointments, cooked, and much more. It was easy to reach Mark by email. It was convenient to schedule days for my mom via text. This company is family owned. Highly recommend.
