I want to especially recognize Jalisa, who has gone above and beyond for our family. Her compassion, attentiveness, and calm presence has made such a difference during a stressful time. She communicated clearly, kept us informed, and treated my family member with such dignity and kindness. It gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in capable hands.
We are so grateful for the care received and would recommend FirstLight, especially Jalisa, to any family member looking for trustworthy, compassionate support. -

First light is a great company to work for, Sarah the scheduler in the office is great at her job — does her best to accommodate requests, meet hour demands & is friendly and personable toward the caregivers. -
We feel the place is very accommodating to meet all our needs and Carla goes above and beyond, as was Iomara the girl who fills in for Carla. -
The service i am getting is 100% excellent. The young lady Mayra treat me with love ❤️ and is always willing to do whatever she can to make my life more easy. -
FirstLight Home Care of Wesley Chapel was amazing to work with. Mark, the owner, spent an hour with me initially finding out what type of care we needed for our mom. His office staff and caregivers are professional. Regina was my mom's … More favorite caregiver. She was such a blessing for our family. She kept my mom organized, took her to doctor appointments, cooked, and much more. It was easy to reach Mark by email. It was convenient to schedule days for my mom via text. This company is family owned. Highly recommend. -
I was very pleased with the home care given to my husband. They were flexible with my schedule, on time, always helpful, and very caring. -
Firstlight Home Care is a wonderful company. The staff are efficient and supportive with my needs as well as my clients. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of the services they provide. -
The only complaint I have is that the company doesn’t seem to have night and weekend hours however they are very good at giving a straight schedule and they are good at keeping in contact with clients and caregivers with concerns. -
Love my home health aide, Jessica, but have not had much interaction with the office staff. -
Carla is Always on time. Very thoughtful, performs all of her duties. She goes above and beyond. Better than having a relative here.
