The Heart of Our Business

Our caregivers have proven to be resilient, continuing to work in conditions they have not faced in the past. Day in and day out, they are ensuring that even when they are not on the clock, they are taking the necessary measures to avoid exposure to the virus, so that their clients are kept safe. While many other fields of work closed down at the beginning of the pandemic, and are facing shut downs again, Home Care is not one of them. Our caregivers’ careers are essential, and their hard work is needed 24/7. First Light Home Care cannot be anymore thankful for our hardworking healthcare workers, and have attempted to show them how much they are appreciated, through increased compensation, constant communication, caregiver appreciation bonuses for those working on the frontlines during COVID-19, and more. FirstLight Home Care has an immense level of appreciation and gratitude for our dedicated workers, and recognizes their selfless and tireless efforts to keep others safe.

I love how FirstLight screens all health-care workers, issues gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer to keep us all safe.
