Motivated by a deep desire to give back to the community in a meaningful and impactful way, Mike’s personal journey with his own family inspired him to become part of the FirstLight Home Care family. Together with his wife, Joy, he approaches each family’s situation with empathy and understanding, helping them navigate the complex challenges that arise when a loved one needs extra support at home. Amanda Campbell, Community Liaison

Amanda Campbell brings more than 13 years of dedicated experience in the home care field, having served in a wide range of roles including Director, Scheduler, Caregiver, and Family Counselor. Her career reflects a deep and enduring commitment to supporting older adults and honoring the lives they have built. Amanda believes wholeheartedly that aging should never diminish a person’s sense of purpose, dignity, or quality of life.

In every role she has held, Amanda has remained guided by a personal promise she makes to each client and family: to listen with intention, advocate with compassion, and walk alongside them through every stage of their care journey—no matter its length or complexity. Brandy Keith, Staffing Manager

Brandy brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare and home care, with an extensive background in client care, staffing, scheduling, caregiver support, and office operations. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners to coordinate quality care and ensure clients receive the support they need to remain safe and independent at home.

Brandy is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting caregivers, solving challenges, and creating positive experiences for both clients and their families. She brings a hands-on, team-focused approach and believes that great home care starts with communication, compassion, and the right people.

Outside of work, Brandy enjoys time spent with her 4 children and 3 grandchildren and making memories with the people she loves most.

Katelynn Barth is a dedicated STNA with 10 years of experience across diverse care settings, including Long-Term Care Facilities and leading hospitals in Cincinnati. Katelynn is committed to ensuring that every individual receives the respect, dignity, and quality of care they deserve. She excels in building meaningful relationships with clients, families, and caregivers, taking time to understand each person’s unique needs and preferences.
