My mom was very apprehensive at first regarding having a caregiver. After my mom and I met Akhila in person both of us were more comfortable with the idea. My mom wanted to meet the caretaker that would be assigned to my mom before she was actually scheduled to make sure they both they would be compatible. Pat was assigned to my mom and she has been wonderful. She is very compatible with my mom and such a caring person. Pat goes above and beyond the call of duty. She brings my mom surprises like muffins, bananas or orange juice. In addition to her bringing surprises she has been very flexible with her schedule and recently cancelled and rescheduled her own doctor appointment so my mom could make a last minute schedule change. My mom has mentioned several times to me that she likes Pat and that she is a very kind person. She has also mentioned to me recently that she really enjoys their “chats”. I am so happy we found Akhila, my guardian angel who brought Pat to my mom. 🙂
