Jennifer established FirstLight Home Care of Naperville following a distinguished career in financial services and nearly fifty years as a resident of the Naperville community. Her decision to open a home care agency reflects a strong personal commitment to service and a desire to positively contribute to her local area. Motivated by her own experiences supporting family members through aging and health-related challenges, Jennifer is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care designed to support independence and dignity for residents throughout the Naperville area.

She prioritizes individualized care that empowers adults to remain in their homes and values building trust with clients and their families. Jennifer also fosters an inclusive and empathetic team environment to ensure excellence in care delivery.

Jennifer lives in Naperville with her two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dogs, and listening to audiobooks.

Sheri Kupres/ Community Outreach Manager

Sheri became part of the FirstLight Home Care team in 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience from years spent in home care, skilled nursing facilities, and healthcare marketing. As Community Outreach Manager, she plays a vital role in cultivating strong connections with key referral partners, including hospice providers, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and fellow home care organizations.

Her primary mission is to guide families through the process of exploring care options, offering clear information and compassionate support. Sheri also serves as a trusted resource for professionals seeking reliable care solutions for their clients. With a lifelong dedication to healthcare and a deep respect for the aging population, she takes pride in championing the meaningful work done at FirstLight.

Sheri resides in Lisle with her husband and their three children. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through running, unwinding with a good book, and experimenting in the kitchen.

Maura Oeth/Care Manager

Maura brings a wealth of experience and a passion for connecting the right people with the right roles. She has over 6+ years in the Homecare field and 15+ as a Recruiter/Staffing Manager.

At FirstLight, Maura identifies and selects compassionate, skilled caregivers who align with our mission of providing exceptional client care. Maura believes in treating both Caregivers and clients with kindness, patience and respect—hoping that the same goodwill returns to her loved ones.

Outside of work, Maura enjoys quality time with her family and friends, diving into a good book, walking, playing pickleball and traveling.
