Tracy has been employed in the health care staffing industry since 2003. She cared for her husband with heart and kidney disease over many years. She personally understands the difficulty of keeping loved ones safe and cared for in their homes. Christy has worked in home health since 2013, both as a scheduler and caregiver. She intuitively understands the needs of our clients and is able to select the right caregiver to complement the unique needs of each person. Tay has spent most of her life around Independent and Assisted Living Communities, including when her father-in-law was failing with Diabetes, Kidney and Heart Failure and several strokes. She is committed to her family, raising 7 children including 1 with developmental disabilities. She started at FirstLight Home Care as a Caregiver helping our clients and was promoted to office staff. “I believe everyone should be able to make the most out of their lives. Paul has worked in health care for over 7 years. He has worked in assisted livings and memory care with his certified nursing assistant and medication aide license. He later worked at St. Elizabeth’s hospital as a phlebotomist. He enjoys making a difference in people’s lives while they are aging in place at home. “In the world of healthcare, taking care of people and keeping them safe is not just a profession, it is a calling.” Paul loves builing relationships with those we serve and the veterans we care for that have served us.
