We know your first priority when choosing a home care provider is finding someone you can trust and rely on… someone who will care for your loved one as you would, and as we would our own. We’ve been where you are, and this is one of the main reasons we chose to be in this business.

Who We Are

We have spent most of our adult lives on the North Shore—Steve a lifelong Swampscott resident and Molly relocating here from Maine after college—and we’ve been in your shoes. We know what it’s like to worry about an ailing family member and not know where to start or what steps to take. Several years ago, we were having those same worries about our dad—who lived miles away.

Caregiving is a Calling

We know good caregiving takes much more than the technical skills needed to help someone transition in and out of a wheelchair or give a sponge bath, which is why we only hire caregivers who instinctively know when to hold a hand, rub a back, and offer an arm, and who will treat our clients like the wonderful people they are. We strongly believe our caregivers should give clients joy and a purpose to their day in addition to supporting them with their daily activities, and we believe in taking care of our caregivers as well as our clients, because we know happy caregivers provide better care.
