*Sign-On Bonus Terms & Conditions
In order to qualify for the $400 sign-on bonus at FirstLight Home Care of Scottsdale, the caregiver must be a new employee as of 02/23/2025, complete 90 actual workdays (not calendar days), and remain actively employed in good standing at the time of the payout. During this period, the caregiver must not have received any written disciplinary actions. The bonus will be paid on the first payroll following the completion of 90 workdays, with applicable federal and state taxes deducted. Please note that employees who resign or are terminated before completing 90 workdays will forfeit the bonus. Additionally, unapproved absences, excessive call-offs, or not meeting performance standards may disqualify caregivers from receiving the bonus. The sign-on bonus is only available to new hires and does not apply to former employees who reapply. FirstLight Home Care of Scottsdale reserves the right to modify or terminate this bonus program without prior notice.
