Some time after my wife was diagnosed with dementia, I decided that I needed some assistance with taking care of her. We met with Molly and she interviewed us trying to determine what our specific needs were. She did provide for us a number of caretakers who were good fits for our situation. On occasion, when a substitute was required, she went out of her way to get a proper temporary fit for us. We were happy with the service FirstLight Home Care provided for us.
We called First Light when my husband went into hospice care. They did more to comfort us than anyone in the hospice agency. The care givers were professional and helpful, and the director is the kindest person I’ve ever met.
Colleen helped find the perfect person to provide home care for my mom. Such a relief to know she is getting good care when we are not there. I appreciate the fast response time when I have a question and the caring that is evident in her answers.
I have been very happy with FirstLight home care. The care provider who comes to our home twice a week is excellent and the service coordinator i work with is extremely helpful and well informed. I would highly recommend this company!
