From the beginning, it was clear that they genuinely care about their clients and their well-being. Whenever … More a new caregiver was introduced, management personally came out to meet with me, introduce the caregiver, and ensure everything was comfortable and appropriate. They also performed a full walk-through at the start to make sure all my needs and safety considerations were understood.
FirstLight has been incredibly flexible with scheduling and consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Their level of professionalism far exceeds what I expected in this industry. They take their work seriously, and it shows in every interaction—they’re friendly, reliable, and always focused on my comfort and dignity.
If I ever need home care services again, I would choose FirstLight without hesitation. To me, they feel like an insurance policy you can count on. If an unexpected situation comes up—such as a bathroom accident—they handle it with compassion, efficiency, and even a smile.

Another major advantage is that I have a direct phone number to reach someone immediately whenever I have a question or concern—no phone trees, no runaround, just real people who are ready to help.

In addition, they offer regular companionship visits, medication reminders, grocery shopping and meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry assistance, errands and transportation, mail and paperwork organization, live-in services, 24-hour care, and family respite care. -
