Love the care I receive each week.from my care giver, Crystal McMorris. She arrives on time and gets right to work with the chores that I have difficulty with. No direction needed; she knows what needs to be done and does them in a complete and through manner. In addition, she is a kind and caring soul and a wonderful companion. On a scale of 1-5 stars Azeet is a 6 star caregiver. Every day she greets us with a big smile and warm words. She genuinely is happy to see us we are content and happy to see her!
Zee knows our routine and asks what I would like for breakfast and lunch. She delivers these with exuberance and smiles!! She then joins us for delightful conversation about our families. Zee loves to share information about her homeland Nigeria. She is always glad to hear about life in the USA.
She stays in the room with us and actively plays and watches our TV games. Her laughter is bold and brightens up the room. She handles any request immediately. Often Zee will see things before we ask. When I am done eating, she removes the dishes and washes them. She keeps the room neat and clean and always fills my water glass and encourages me to walk and drink my water. My first uneasy concern was using the bathroom, but she handled the routine perfectly and always left me and the bathroom as it should be. I could go on but basically, she goes above and beyond to be attentive, reassuring, kind and helpful. She brings conversation, laughter, joy and care to each day. We are extremely pleased with her highly efficient and helpful service. Special thanks to Suzanne and Yani who have done a remarkable job working with us. Debbie Dixon is a credit to First light home Care. She is very efficient in all that she does. She never sits and waits to be told what to do. . She gets up and looks for what needs done and asks if she should do that next. She is very pleasant to have working for my husband and me. I would surely hate to lose her as our aid.

I especially appreciated that they were able to help me locate a bi-lingual caregiver who spoke in our native tongue, making it easier for my loved one to communicate.

They sent me a magnificent caregiver named Joy. She was always on time and was very personable. In addition, she was very professional in performing her duties. After back surgery, my mom needs help getting around. Gloria has provided the BEST peace of mind while I am at work knowing that Mom is not home alone. Gloria is a great companion and she takes care of not only the human, but also the senior citizen Cat in residence. She and mom have great conversations, and Gloria helps ME immensely keeping the kitchen and laundry up to date. This is not only caregiving for the patient, but also for ME because otherwise I would have lost my mind trying to keep up with everything. Gloria has been a guardian angel for BOTH of us.

Two weeks ago Joy suggested a blood clot may be forming in my grandfathers leg, and alerted us immediately of her concerns. We cannot thank her enough for saving his life.
We are also deeply grateful to Anne for her outstanding care, as she and Joy provided the peace of mind we all truly needed overnight our first month. Anne also made several days brighter for my grandfather when she graciously picked up additional day shifts.

Johnna’s commitment to provide daily, consistent care has been so helpful in his recovery. Asia has also become a wonderful addition, fitting seamlessly into the overnight care team.
