On a scale of 1-5 stars Azeet is a 6 star caregiver. Every day she greets us with a big smile and warm words. She genuinely is happy to see us we are content and happy to see her!
Zee knows our routine and asks what I would like for breakfast … More and lunch. She delivers these with exuberance and smiles!! She then joins us for delightful conversation about our families. Zee loves to share information about her homeland Nigeria. She is always glad to hear about life in the USA.
She stays in the room with us and actively plays and watches our TV games. Her laughter is bold and brightens up the room. She handles any request immediately. Often Zee will see things before we ask. When I am done eating, she removes the dishes and washes them. She keeps the room neat and clean and always fills my water glass and encourages me to walk and drink my water. My first uneasy concern was using the bathroom, but she handled the routine perfectly and always left me and the bathroom as it should be. I could go on but basically, she goes above and beyond to be attentive, reassuring, kind and helpful. She brings conversation, laughter, joy and care to each day. We are extremely pleased with her highly efficient and helpful service. Special thanks to Suzanne and Yani who have done a remarkable job working with us. The peace of mind we have felt knowing he was in capable hands starting from our very first night 2 months ago with Joy has been invaluable. Two weeks ago Joy suggested a blood clot may be forming in my grandfathers leg, and alerted us immediately of her concerns. We cannot thank her enough for saving his life.
We are also deeply grateful to Anne for her outstanding care, as she and Joy provided the peace of mind we all truly needed overnight our first month. Anne also made several days brighter for my grandfather when she graciously picked up additional day shifts.
We would also like to extend our gratitude to Dana for her outstanding care; her uplifting spirit provides immense comfort and reassurance to our family. Johnna’s commitment to provide daily, consistent care has been so helpful in his recovery. Asia has also become a wonderful addition, fitting seamlessly into the overnight care team. Deborah has been an incredible fit from the moment she walked through the door.
It is evident the caregivers are passionate about their work and truly committed to making a positive impact with my grandfather for our family.
