  When I reached a point where the woman in my life needed more care at home than I could … More provide, FirstLight of Wells Branch stepped in with compassion and professionalism. Nina and Janice generously spent time at her residence, carefully observing her needs and explaining the range of support they could offer. Following that thoughtful visit, they introduced us to a wonderful home care professional who, after just a few visits, formed a meaningful connection with my companion.
  The cost was reasonable, and the impact was profound—for both of us. It gave her the presence of someone new and caring in her life, and it gave me a much-needed moment to breathe and recharge.
  Although in-home care is no longer the right fit for her current situation, Nina and Janice continue to stay in touch. Their ongoing support and guidance have been invaluable as I navigate her evolving needs. That follow-up care has lifted a significant burden from my shoulders and helped me chart the next steps with greater clarity and peace of mind.

  I don’t live in the same city as my mom and Aunt but my recent visit with them showed me they needed some extra care. They don’t need a nursing facility so a caregiver coming in was our best option. After interviewing 3 companies, we chose … More First Light Home Care. I really appreciated the fact they took notes during the evaluation process. They showed they cared about each of them individually because of how they interacted with them. It was a true interest and the conversation flowed easy because they paid attention to the details. They wanted to see the home, unlike the other companies. They were looking for fall risks that we may not have noticed. My aunt who has memory issues gets confused on where her room is so they suggested ways to help so she didn’t feel confused so much.
  They are caring for the whole family not just my mom and Aunt. Yes they are mostly hands on with just them but during their time they will do things because they see it needs to be done.
  The communication outstanding. Not only do they respond quickly but they then follow up just to ensure everything was completed the way we needed.
  We absolutely know we made the correct choice as there hasn’t been one thing where we said I wish this or that was different.
  I encourage you to at least interview them and you will see they will earn your business.
