David Kapojos, owner of FirstLight Home Care serving Pasadena, San Gabriel, Burbank, Glendale, and Chino Hills, was recently profiled in Franchising Magazine USA for his journey from military service to home care.

A 20-year U.S. Army veteran with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, David was inspired to enter home care by his own family’s experience caring for his father through a Parkinson’s diagnosis. Today, he brings the discipline, teamwork, and sense of mission he developed in the military to serving seniors and veterans across Los Angeles County—helping them maintain their independence and dignity at home.
