FirstLight Franchises In Arkansas and Oklahoma Earn Quality Assured and Growth Awards

FirstLight Home Care franchise territories in Fort Smith, Northwest Arkansas, and South Tulsa, Oklahoma—owned by Keith and Raelene Plummer of Springdale and their son Chris Plummer of Tulsa—were honored with the company’s 2025 Quality Assured Award and Growth Awards at FirstLight’s national conference. The Quality Assured Award recognizes franchisees with the most Activated Insights Best of Home Care awards, factoring in Net Promoter Scores and client satisfaction. In 2025, the Northwest Arkansas territory posted $1 million in year-over-year growth, while South Tulsa surpassed $2 million in annual revenue for the first time. The Plummers credited their success to a people-first philosophy: as Keith Plummer noted, the family treats caregivers like family and invests in their development. Across their three franchises, the Plummers employ 190 staff, including 50 in Arkansas.
