FirstLight Home Care Earns #194 in Franchise Times Top 400
We’re proud to announce that FirstLight Home Care has ranked #194 on Franchise Times’ 2026 Top 400, the annual ranking of the largest U.S.-based franchise systems by global systemwide sales. That’s a three-spot climb from our #197 ranking in 2025.
FirstLight’s systemwide sales grew 14.6% in 2025 to $323 million, and the network added 47 locations, a 19.3% increase. Our sales growth ranks fourth among the 18 senior care brands on the list. Franchise Times notes that senior care continues to drive growth in the Health & Medical category, which reached $14.4 billion in sales, up 10.9%.
