FirstLight Recognized by Newsweek for Outstanding Customer Service
FirstLight has been recognized by Newsweek as one of America’s Best Customer Service companies for 2026, ranking #4 in the Home-Care Services for Seniors & Disabled category. Newsweek’s rankings were determined through an independent survey of U.S. consumers who interacted with brands over the past three years.
More than 200,000 evaluations were collected across 166 categories spanning retail, online, and service sectors. The final results were based on likelihood to recommend, along with factors such as communication quality, professional competence, service range, customer focus, and accessibility. Only the top five companies in each category earned this distinction.
