I don’t know how to express how grateful that my family found First Light to help with our dad. Alicia is worth her weight in gold, and Dad loves her. Carter and Kimra advocated for my dad when he had to go to the hospital, asking questions that I never would have thought to ask. My family is so much the better for having First Light helping us. My feelings for FirstLight Home Care are definitely positive. I injured myself and needed someone to take care of my mom while I went to many therapy and doctor appointments. Kimra was able to find a suitable helper and Breana was here 2 days later. They are very flexible according to my appointments. One of the first things I noticed was that we could hear her, my mom’s
96 years old and my injury caused some hearing loss. She is here to feed mom breakfast & lunch & in between time she visits with my mom and watches my mom’s favorite game shows with her. When mom takes her nap, Breana is able to find cleaning chores to do, so I don’t have to do them. Mom had a doctor appointment a couple days ago, and Breana did the driving (I can’t drive because of my injury). In conclusion we have a very helpful sweet young lady taking care of us.
From start to where we’re at right now, the whole team, especially Kimra and Donna have just been amazing! We used First Light as some bridge care for my mom before her surgery. It was such a relief to know she had the extra help! Even post surgery, they’ve been checking in to see how she’s doing, offering additional help, advice, and even supporting me post meltdowns! Can’t say enough good things about I’m recommending to anyone who even thinks about needing extra help. Piece of mind is something that is priceless and that is exactly what this team gives me. Will 1000% be using again when we are done with rehab!!

We were a family in need of a miracle Saturday. My sweet sister was released from St. Lukes Hospital after being sick for 10 days. She is a widow and lives alone. She needed bathing, eating and help in the home. I contacted 6 different agency’s and was told to call back on Monday. I called First Light Home Care and Kimra answered our prayers. After a brief conversation she immediately took charge of the situation. Kimra explained how home health works and gave us detailed information. I had to contact other family members and she gave us her cell and called me several times. Then she contacted our daughter who had flown in and met her at my sister’s house. Kimra and Carter were both so helpful in answering my questions and accommodating a short notice request. They put special attention in to making sure they were a good fit for my father. The staff was very sweet and helpful too. Unfortunately my dad recently passed away so we will not need their services. I would recommend them to anyone looking for assistance.

I don’t know where to even begin …from day one I called kimra to ask her questions about one of my friends that needed home Care…. she explained to me everything … I needed help giving him a bath twice a week and these people are just fabulous they come in professional do their job but yet they’re personable I cannot say enough about the people that own and work at first light… I cannot express the gratitude that I have for all of the the people there…if you ever need help with elderly or I guess any age…. make sure you give them a call you will not be disappointed….you will feel like you are being listened to, treated with respect, and that they do really care about your loved ones…. and they make sure your loved ones have the best care possible … they treat you like family…their level of care is like nothing I have ever seen…..love them and thank you again for everything you have done for me and my family…..
