We were a family in need of a miracle Saturday. My sweet sister was released from St. Lukes Hospital after being sick for 10 days. She is a widow and lives alone. She needed bathing, eating and help in the home. I contacted 6 different … More agency's and was told to call back on Monday. I called First Light Home Care and Kimra answered our prayers. After a brief conversation she immediately took charge of the situation. Kimra explained how home health works and gave us detailed information. I had to contact other family members and she gave us her cell and called me several times. Then she contacted our daughter who had flown in and met her at my sister's house. I could tell on the phone she loves her job and it shows in the kind, caring, and professional way she handled a very difficult situation. Thank Kimra FirstLight Home Care of Boise and staff -
I don't know where to even begin …from day one I called kimra to ask her questions about one of my friends that needed home Care…. she explained to me everything … I needed help giving him a bath twice a week and these people … More are just fabulous they come in professional do their job but yet they're personable I cannot say enough about the people that own and work at first light… I cannot express the gratitude that I have for all of the the people there…if you ever need help with elderly or I guess any age…. make sure you give them a call you will not be disappointed….you will feel like you are being listened to, treated with respect, and that they do really care about your loved ones…. and they make sure your loved ones have the best care possible … they treat you like family…their level of care is like nothing I have ever seen…..love them and thank you again for everything you have done for me and my family….. -

The leadership team does an excellent job of fostering an inclusive and supportive culture. A perfect example of this was when they took the time to make sure I met the client with them first. That made things more comfortable and to make sure I knew all about the client. They make sure I am taken care of all the time. It's moments like these that show the genuine camaraderie that exists here.
