2025 Caregiver Appreciation Event

At FirstLight Home Care, we know that our caregivers are the heart of everything we do, and that the quality of our care starts with the support we give our team. On Saturday, September 27, 2025 we were excited to host a Fall-themed Caregiver Appreciation Event to celebrate the compassion, dedication, and hard work our team brings to families every single day.

We invited our caregivers’ families to join us as well, because behind every great caregiver is a supportive family that helps make their work possible.

The afternoon was filled with food, fun, and plenty of laughter. 🎉 The Jamaican food truck was a big hit, and our team enjoyed connecting with colleagues — some meeting each other for the very first time. The friendly competition at the giant four-in-a-row game brought lots of energy, while kids enjoyed their own special tent with face painting and games.

Events like this are just one of the ways we show how much we value our caregivers. We believe that when we take care of our team—and recognize their families too—they can provide the very best care to the families who depend on us.

To all of our caregivers: thank you for the compassion, kindness, and professionalism you bring to your work each day. You truly make a difference in the lives of the people you care for. We’re already looking forward to our next event and hope to see even more of you and your families there!
