I am thrilled to announce that Wendy Adlerstein, LSW has become an owner of the company and has been promoted to the position of Executive Director.
Wendy’s deep compassion and hard work have been evident since Day One–in early 2015–when the West Suburban Boston office opened our doors.
Under Wendy’s leadership, the office has built a reputation for outstanding quality of care and service in the West Suburban Boston area–as evidenced by the many word-of-mouth referrals from clients and professionals who have high standards and expectations for the delivery of home care services. (And further evidenced by the many 5-star client on-line reviews and testimonials).
Wendy has always displayed an upbeat, “can do” attitude, and a passion and energy for delivering the best care–and she always does what is right for a client and family. She has shown a commitment to superb quality of care and pro-active client service, a dedication to professional development for the office team, a belief in “taking care of our caregivers” through caregiver recognition and appreciation–supporting our caregivers on the job with clients and helping out in their lives outside work when we can, and an impressive track record of building strong relationships with families, professional referral sources and community members.
I look forward to continuing to working closely with Wendy as we grow the agency and re-commit to the words from our mission statement—stenciled prominently on our wall–“exceed the expectations of every client and team member” and “[provide] uncompromising standards of care and personal attention”.
