As we age our circumstances and emotional state can shift quickly and unexpectedly. “What’s next?” is a free, Needham-based workshop that explores the challenges of many transitions. The participatory seminar will help navigate the uncharted territory of an empty nest, retirement, death of a loved one or silver divorce.
The free, objective and educational seminar will provide some insight and tips on What’s Next for seniors. The seminar will be held on Tuesday, March 19 from 6 – 7:30 p.m. at the education and training center of FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston, 109 – 123 Highland Avenue, Suite 301, Needham, MA 02494 (directly across from Panera Bread and between TD Bank and Petco).
There is ample, free parking both in the front and rear of the office building. Complimentary refreshments will be served.
The workshop will be led by Frances T. Spillane is an LMHC and Life Coach who supports clients in creating meaningful, fulfilling lives.
