Franchise Owner in Marin and Sonoma Counties Named Franchisee of the Year

FirstLight Home Care bestows honor on seasoned operator of two locations in Northern California

CINCINNATI, OHIO – October 17, 2023 – FirstLight Home Care has announced its national Franchisee of the Year award winner. Owner Mark Paretchan, who operates two territories in Marin County and Sonoma County, was recently recognized with this year’s honor.

The Franchisee of the Year award was presented during a special celebration at FirstLight’s annual conference in Orlando, FL. Nominees were evaluated based on a variety of criteria including caregiver retention, client satisfaction, quality of services and year-over-year revenue growth.

Paretchan and his incredible team were celebrated for the compassionate support they give to individuals in their communities. FirstLight Home Care of Marin County has been serving clients for nearly 10 years; the second location in Sonoma County opened in 2019. Paretchan was selected this year from FirstLight franchise owners across the country.
