Kerri Pendley Elected to Home Care Association of America Board for 2022

We are excited to announce that FirstLight’s vice president of strategy, Kerri Pendley, was elected for her first three-year term on the 2022 Home Care Association of America Board of Directors.

The Home Care Association of America (HCAOA) has elected six new members to its board, including Pendley. At FirstLight, Pendley is responsible for strategic planning and industry positioning for the entire organization. She will serve on the HCAOA for three years.

The HCAOA represents home care agencies and their suppliers across the country. It strives to provide member agencies with practical resources to enhance operations and margin and improve training and quality in our industry. The HCAOA also advocates to help ensure caregivers have safe and secure work environments.
