FirstLight Welcomes Chlea Bynoe as Care Support Coordinator

Chlea Bynoe has joined FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston and Boston-Bay Back as our Care Support Coordinator.  In her role, Chlea provides ongoing oversight, support and training for our hard-working caregivers by performing supervisory visits at clients’ homes. She also assists with scheduling and care coordination. Prior to joining FirstLight, Chlea worked at a home care agency as an HR Generalist.
