FirstLight Promotes Elise Degon to Manager of Client Care Services

Elise Degon has been promoted to Manager of Client Care Services at FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston. In her new position, Elise is responsible for the oversight of all client care, including caregiver schedules and caregiver performance through her role of managing the Office's Care Coordination Team. Elise's team includes Care Support Coordinators, Care Coordinators, and the Weekend On-Call Supervision.
