New Care Support Coordinator Position: We’re Adding to our Office Team

As our service to clients continues to grow, we are once again, expanding our office staff.  We are a friendly, fun, and upbeat, team-oriented work environment.

The Care Support Coordinator is a vital, new role at FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston and Boston Back-Bay. This full-time position helps ensure continuity of care and the highest quality care, by visiting our devoted staff of professional caregivers while they are working in the homes of our clients. When not visiting clients, this hybrid role will manage a small caseload and help to implement and maintain schedules for clients and caregivers . Providing one-on-one, in-person support and guidance to caregivers will be a key piece of this position. This opportunity is perfect for someone with an OTA, PTA, Social Work or Nursing background.

Candidates for this position must have a compassionate attitude toward care of the sick and elderly and possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer services skills.  This role is a hybrid “office-remote” position, working from home or the office when not visiting clients and caregivers.
